Sarah Hauck joins the Team

Sarah Hauck joined the research team in March 2026. She works as a research assistant at Munich University of Applied Sciences and is pursuing her doctorate in the DFG project presented here.

In early 2026, she completed her master's degree in applied human geography at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg, where she had previously earned her bachelor's degree. During her studies, she worked for several years as a student assistant at the Chair of Economic Geography at the University of Würzburg and at the Higher State Planning Authority of the Administrative District of Lower Franconia.

In addition to her work on the project, she also works as a state and regional planner for the government of Lower Franconia.
